The timeline depends on the complexity of your project. Simple recordings might take just a few hours, while full music production or large audio projects could take days or weeks. We’ll provide an estimated timeline during the booking process.

Our studio space and equipment are provided for use by our team, in collaboration with our clients, where necessary, such as for voiceover recording, editing, post-production etc. As such it is not intended for external rental to 3rd parties. Cyrius MediaWorks is the production facility and personnel of Cyrius Marketing and Communications Agency. We can refer you to other recording studios if you are looking for a facility to rent for your own use.

While we offer comprehensive consulting and advice around all of our Media Production projects, we are not a training organisation.  There are a number of dedicated colleges and studios offering a range of certificate-level and short courses for anyone interested in delving into audio and video production further.

We do conduct a range of workshops, however, as part of our strategic services.  These include branding workshops, strategy/discovery workshops, brainstorming and creative ideation.

For recording music, bring your instruments (if not using ours) and any prepared tracks or notes. For voiceover work or podcasts, you’ll need your script or outline, talking points and props. We can provide additional equipment or assistance as needed.

Yes, our senior specialists have extensive experience in sound design for visual media, including films, TV shows, and commercials. Our team can create custom soundscapes to enhance your visual project.

Yes, we can film vision and record audio on location, at your premises or any suitable location. We are happy to discuss your needs and offer our insights and experience around choosing and setting up a suitable location.

Yes, a lot of our production work is done remotely these days, thanks to fast internet connections and the nature of media production being largely digital. Generally, the only time we need to get together in person is for actual film shoots and recording sessions, or strategy meetings. These can also be done online, but it can be better for everyone to get into a room and bounce off each other.

We offer revisions as part of our mixing and mastering process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we work until you’re happy with the final product. Like graphic design, or web design, revisions are best done in rounds, where all changes are noted from each round, up to an agreed number of rounds, then additional changes are billable, generally at ad hoc hourly rates.
